My approach to wedding photography is relaxed and unobtrusive. I’ll blend in with your day (no cheesy poses or stiff setups here!) and focus on capturing all those genuine, joyful moments as they happen.

Your Photography Journey

1. Get in touch to make sure I’m available on your chosen wedding date.
2. Arrange a consultation via zoom, over the phone or over a cuppa.
3. Reserve your wedding date with a £400 booking fee.
4. We will meet 8 weeks prior to your wedding for a final planning meeting.
5. On the day, I will arrive 2 hours before your ceremony and stay until just after your first dance.
6. 48 hours after I will send a few sneak peeks, with your full gallery delivered within 6-8 weeks.

From the moment you step onto the grounds of Thirsk Lodge Barns, near yorkyou can feel the romance in the air. The barns themselves have this beautifully restored, rustic-meets-modern vibe, with exposed wooden beams, soft natural light streaming in through large windows, and plenty of space to let your personality shine.

For photographers, it’s a playground of possibilities. I had the honour of being a wedding photographer at Sandburn Hall. From the moment you arrive at Sandburn Hall, it’s hard not to fall in love. The venue is surrounded by sweeping countryside, lush gardens, and a sparkling lake that reflects the light so beautifully, you’d think it was designed specifically for photographs. And then there’s the Grand Hall itself—a gorgeous oak-framed space with high ceilings, natural light streaming through its large windows, and plenty of room for all your favorite people.

Every corner of Sandburn Hall offers an opportunity for stunning photos. Whether it’s a romantic lakeside moment, a playful stroll through the gardens, or a dramatic shot under the oak beams, the venue practically begs to be photographed.
