What an amazing, intimate wedding filled with fun, laughter and love. Sian and Dom’s wedding day at spicer manor, in huddersfield, West Yorkshire. I loved being their wedding photographer.
What an amazing day we had at Sian & Dom’s amazing autumn wedding at Spicer manor.
Sian & Dom hired out Spicer Manor exclusively for the whole weekend and had all of their closest friends and family to stay with them. What made it even more special was that Dom celebrated a rather special “big” birthday, so it was a double celebration.
Andrew Bradley and his team from Bradleys catering, put on an amazing spread for the birthday and also for the wedding breakfast and made sure the guests were treated to the most amazing food. The house was decorated in gorgeous blue and gold for Dom’s birthday and then transformed into a gorgeous and classic setting for their wedding on the Saturday.
The day was fine but a bit chilly, but Sian & Dom braved it outside for some photographs. It’s well worth making the most of the outdoor setting at spicer Manor, as it’s set in the gorgeous Yorkshire countryside with rolling hills and views for miles, so we took advantage of the courtyard for some group photographs, then headed into the meadow for some more intimate photos of Dom & Sian.
The barn was so twinkly, giving a gorgeous warm glow and autumnal feel to the photographs. When the wind started whistling we headed inside to the statement staircase for some wow pictures of Sian & Dom. It’s simply stunning.
What a really fun day, filled with love, and laughter and lots of hugs. Thanks so much Sian & Dom for inviting me to be your Wedding photographer. It was a HUGE honour and you just made me feel like part of the gang.
